RAITRAFF partnered with a fast-growing FinTech company launching a digital wallet focused on cross-border payments and everyday transactions. The main objective was to drive high-quality user acquisition in emerging markets while maintaining strict control over cost per install, activation rate, and long-term user value. The campaign was executed across multiple GEOs, with a primary focus on LATAM and Southeast Asia, where mobile-first audiences and high demand for alternative financial solutions create strong growth opportunities. Our approach combined performance-driven traffic with influencer-based distribution to build both trust and scale.

DESIGN SYSTEM
At the initial stage, we launched controlled test campaigns using micro and mid-tier influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram. Creatives were localized per GEO, emphasizing security, ease of use, and instant transactions. All traffic sources were validated through behavioral analysis, audience relevance checks, and funnel performance tracking, ensuring only high-intent users entered the product.
After confirming efficiency, we moved into the scaling phase. Volumes were increased through parallel influencer streams, expanded creator pools, and new GEOs. Despite a 3× increase in traffic volume, CPI remained stable at an average of $0.85, while overall ROI reached 165% within the first 45 days of user acquisition.
The campaign delivered more than 120,000 verified installs with consistent activation and transaction rates, proving that controlled influence traffic can drive sustainable growth for FinTech products without sacrificing profitability.
